My baby boy turned 5 today, I can't believe it! I've been so sad and mushy this week because MAN was that kid an awesome 4 year old. I can't stand the thought of him getting older! We celebrated this morning with a "mommy and me" pancake breakfast at Village Inn after taking the girls to school. Then we played, went to gymnastics, picked the girls up from school and played some more. Then we had a special birthday dinner at his request: salad (I don't really know why, he doesn't love salad), hot dogs and ice cream. Delicious.
5 special gifts for our 5 year old: a spiderman skateboard, a giant styrofoam airplane, a bey blade, a pack of "trashies" (garbage-themed squinkies for all you parents of girls!), and a pack of about 500 water balloons for the summer

take a minute to wish my littlest guy a very happy, happy birthday!
