CC Skiing with Gwen

Gwen just had her last cross country ski lesson and I finally took some pictures. Here she is with her little class (come on - so cute!) and flying down the "hill" at top speed. I had the brilliant idea to bring Darcy to the lessons and snowshoe while pulling her in an inner tube. As soon as we got about 1/2 mile away from the lodge, she threw an absolute tantrum and started screaming,
I WAN GO "KEY-ING" (skiing)
at the top of her lungs, over and over and over and over and over again. So I ended up walking back, trying to carry a kicking and screaming Darcy and an empty inner tube. Not pretty.
I just bought some CC skis for next year, and Gwen gave me a brief tutorial and has promised to teach me : )
