Earth Crusaders

Last night we went to watch our babysitter play soccer at the high school, which is about 1.5 miles from our house. I figured it would be fun to ride our bikes, so we started to gear up while all the neighbor-kids watched. I overheard Megan, Gwen's friend, say, "You're riding your bike all the way to the high school?". Even though her back was to me, I could practically see her roll her eyes as she responded, "It's good for the Earth when we ride our bikes." My intent was really just to take a fun bike ride, but I thought that was funny that Gwen had heard my lectures : )
